We gather together each week to worship God

  • before whom we count our blessings and are thankful
  • to whom we confess our failures and sinfulness and are assured of forgiveness
  • from whom we seek guidance and understanding about what we need to be doing as followers of Christ
  • to whom we commit our lives and resources, which are gifts from God in the first place

FPC SanctuaryFPC SanctuaryWe think worship should have an order and flow to it, but we also appreciate some informality. Members of the church help the pastor in leading worship. We also have a time where persons can share their praise and prayer concerns. And we love to sing. Sometimes members will play special vocal and instrumental music.

Children are welcomed, invited to participate, and have a special time of conversation with the pastor during worship. We have a nursery in the lower level of the building where the worship service can still be heard.  We also have individual hearing assiststance for those who need that boost and an elevator for anyone who has trouble with steps.
